The problem

Amazon FBA reimbursements for lost or damaged inventory, fee issues, and returns often sit unclaimed. Digging through Seller Central by hand doesn’t scale when your catalog is moving. Reimbursement opportunities get missed.

The solution

AuditPilot helps US Amazon FBA sellers find reimbursement opportunities and prepare the claim materials — then you (or an authorized submit-on-behalf flow, if you enable it) file in Seller Central.

In MVP we:

We don’t: guarantee recovery, claim to be an Amazon partner, or take a fee on Amazon auto-reimbursements we didn’t work.

How it works

  1. Authorize — Connect via Amazon authorization when live. We use your data only for FBA recovery.
  2. Find — We identify reimbursement opportunities.
  3. Prepare — You get claim packs ready for Seller Central.
  4. File — You file in Seller Central (or authorized submit-on-behalf if enabled).
  5. Pay on recovery — Success fee only on amounts Amazon actually recovers from claims we materially drove. If Amazon reverses a recovery, we refund our fee on the reversed amount.
