What you’re accepting
- You export allowlisted Amazon / Seller Central reports. AuditPilot prepares claim packs. You file in Seller Central. No SP-API connect for this pilot.
- Pilot fee: $499 flat for the scoped Manual Claim Pack pass on this form.
- $499 is charged only after you accept — not before.
- If you continue after the pilot: 12% of amounts Amazon actually recovers from claims we materially drove. No fee on Amazon auto-reimbursements we didn’t work. If Amazon reverses a recovery, we refund our fee on the reversed amount.
- No recovery guarantee. You remain the Amazon account owner.
- No default submit-on-behalf — we identify + prepare; filing is yours unless a separate written addendum says otherwise.
- Your exports are used only for your claim packs; isolated per seller; retention per Terms. Automated tools + human review; we won’t knowingly invent facts for Amazon. No buyer PII requested.
- $499 refundability: Nonrefundable after delivery of the scoped claim pack(s), unless packs are not delivered within the stated turnaround.
